Two to five month rental beginning December 1 This property best fits the needs of someone in transition and needing a beautiful home and location to stay a few months while remodeling home,moving to the area,divorce.. etc. it cannot be extended. It is aboutb20 miles from downtown Seattle. Renter is responsible for internet and cable, and electricity.. home is on septic and a well. Gas range is on propane which I take care of. Deposit required for pet. Rental insurance required 300 dollar cleaning fee if home is not in same condition as when rented
