There is no washer and dryer in the house. Laundry mat is a 10-min drive. The main bedroom contains a King size bed, and there is a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. A Queen size pull-out sofa is in the main living area. 2 uncovered parking spaces in the front. Access to small garage to store ski gear, snowshoes, ice fishing gear and more. Off main road, so easy access in the winter. We are firm on good credit and no smoking! Pets will be considered if leasing for the entire 6-month term. Rent includes electric, gas, sewer, and internet. Water is on a well, so no expense. We also pay for street snowplowing. Shoveling the parking area and deck is the responsibility of the tenant. Trash is not included. You can dispose of trash at local drop-off site for a fee of around $8 per bag. We do expect renters to regularly shovel snow off deck and rake snow from roof. We also have a contractor who can do this at the tenant's expense. He charges around $40.
