This home is perfect for a small family! It has a large living room and a smaller sitting area! It has a large master bedroom, which has new wood flooring and paint, with a bathroom and 2 other bedrooms and a second bathroom. The house is sold as is. It needs some work. We started to remodel but it became too much for us. The foundation has been repaired and leveled, and comes with a transferable lifetime guarantee! It needs new flooring, paint, cracks in the ceiling need to be patched from when foundation was leveled, the sprinkler system will need replacing in places as former owners dog dug up some pieces of pipe and some sprinkler heads, and a new roof. It is a perfect home and has been very loved. We have taken care of it and done a lot of work to it but because of work and a little one, we can not put the time it deserves into it. It has the original 60s oven and stove and they have been very well taken care of. They still look as good as they did when installed!
