Welcome to this seasonal cabin overlooking a small stream in the woods of Cohocton; basically a 16' x 16' wood frame cabin with a stair ladder to access a sleeping loft; small wood stove easily heats cabin; no electric or plumbing; open porch; small shed; lands slopes down from Mattice Road to the cabin and stream and then slopes up to the top of the next hill; about 90% wooded; excellent hunting area or just a nice location to just get away and relax; there is a dirt driveway that once went right to the cabin - now has a small wash out and a tree has dropped across it - park at the edge of Mattice Road near the sign; very peaceful area to get away from it all; town maintains this section of Mattice Road year around
