We do not allow any pets, even if they are just visiting. The unit is on the second floor. This particular unit is on the south end of the building, the first unit as you go down the hall. There are 11 units in the building. There is ample off road parking for one or two cars, no more. We pay for the trash service and the water/sewage. Your only utility expense is electric. The heat is electric, can be controlled by each room. The walls are all clean painted surfaces. The floors are laminate. The appliances are clean. The unit is ready to move into. No smoking is allowed. We handle all the applications, deposits, first month rent in person. We do not have any one representing us, this has been a problem in the past.
