    What's special

If you are interested in horse shows, 30 minutes will get you to the exciting new Tryon International Equestrian Center near Tryon, NC. With a 20 stall barn in place, this farm has the potential for 40+ stalls. This little known gem on Hwy. 11 in northern Greenville County is just two miles from the intersection of Hwys 11 and 14 and twenty-five minutes to TIEC in the Tryon NC area. This 63 acre tract has approximately 50+/- cleared acres. The majority of the land is fenced & cross fenced. The barn is a 20 stall, 8000 square foot all steel structure with approximately 1000 square feet having central HVAC. Besides the 20 (12' x 12') stalls there is a barn kitchen, bathroom/laundry room, two climate controlled tack rooms, a feed room, an office, a mechanical room, two wash stalls with hot & cold running water, and two grooming stalls. All stalls are furnished with rubber mats, automatic fly spray system, ceiling fans, lights on timers, electrical outlets & windows to the outside that can be opened or securely closed. To ensure that farm life is never at the mercy of bad weather, there is a 25 kilowatt Generac generator powered by a 1000 gallon buried (leased) propane tank. The 30 miles of polymer-coated 12.5 gauge wire fence are kept charged by a Kencove KF24000 low impedence electric fence energizer (currently needing repairs). Eight run-in sheds in the various pastures provide horses with protection from the elements. Five are double size (32x16) and three are single size (16x16). Five of the pastures have automatic waterers. A75'x40' wood frame storage/equipment building provides room for hay and tractor storage, work bench & many other uses. The building has a personal door plus four roll up doors, one of which is at a loading dock. The land features several good building sites if you like the idea of seeing your horses from your front porch or bedroom window. There is also a 100'x200' fenced riding arena and a 60' round pen. The views of Glassy and Hogback Mountains are breathtaking and the land is part of the GENTS trail system (Gowensville Equestrian Nature Trail System), providing you with many miles of wonderful trail riding opportunities. Schedule an appointment today to view this one of a kind property in the heart of horse country. You will not be disappointed. Seller will not pay rollback taxes if buyer does not keep the agricultural exemption.
