I don't have children, so I don't know the school rating, but I do know that my neighbors are the nicest you'll ever find. Some have young children and some have no children and are single. Everyone looks out for everyone else. We have block parties at one or anothers home. Many of us work for the government or hospitals in the area. It would be difficult to leave the area because I don't think any other neighborhood is like this one.
