I lived here since the house was new, Oct.1951.This house sold for the 1st and only time in 1998. I purchased it from my mother. It hasn't been sold since then. For some mistaken reason, records shows it was sold twice since then, but it hasn't. I have been paying taxes here since 1998,every year, and the deed is in my name.
