Located across from Seabluff Beach, our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house has unobstructed views of the beautiful Long Island Sound! West Haven is one of Connecticut's Best Kept Secrets (Shhhhh...don't tell anyone!) Seabluff Beach has much softer sand, and space to spread out, than other beaches in Connecticut. The working fireplace provides a cozy area for those winter nights! We offer a comfortable open-concept living area, 10 person table, and four bedrooms (two kings/two queens). Yes! We accept dogs. Disclaimer: We do not have a front or backyard. The main outdoor area is the beach! Your four-legged-friend should be comfortable 1.) being in a house while you are at the beach and 2.) walking on a leash in the neighborhood to do his/her business. Parking: There is ample parking! The house is equipped with 6 (yes, 6!) private parking spaces. Property is only available monthly from January 10, 2026 - May 15, 2026. All utilities are included, but tenant is responsible for shoveling driveway and sidewalk in the event of snow. Non-smoking home. Maximum of 2 dogs. We require a $40 application fee. $1000 deposit (refundable).
