With any of our units there is an additional monthly charge of $30-$50 for shared utility (water, sewer, trash). The only utility bills that would be in your name would be electric and gas (if applicable, only the large units have gas hook ups), along with any optional cable/internet/phone of your choosing. With our leases we have one additional fee that apply; $250 administration fee. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent, so $890-1200. Pets incur an additional monthly fee and one time non-refundable pet charge. We also need recent vet records showing he/she is current on shots. Pet fees - $250-$450 Pet Rent - $25-$45 There is laundry on site, with a laundry room located on the first floor of each of the 6 buildings. The machines are operated by phone app or by coin. The application is electronic and will be $50 for each adult planning to live in the unit. It will run a credit and background check. Ideally we look for credit 620 and at least 2.5X Rent in take home pay. We also accept well-qualified co-signers. Our lease signing is done electronically and all rent payments, maintenance requests, etc are done through our online portal, which has a very user friendly phone app available.
