Looking for someone to take over the lease for our 2 bedroom/2 bath/balcony apartment at Parc Riverside (the new side) 1010 Half St. SE. The apartment is on the 8th floor and faces the courtyard, but gets plenty of natural sunlight.
This is a spacious unit and while the photos show that we have utilized the second room as a den, it could absolutely be used as a second bedroom.
Lease: The lease runs through February 28, but we are flexible in terms of move in date. Anytime between July 1st and August is fine, although we need someone no later than August 1st.
Rent: $2,959/month + utilities.
Parking: Available through the building, as well as street parking.
Building: The building is new and opened in 2020. Amenities include a rooftop gym, grills, common areas, and a pool. You also have access to Parc Riverside East's pool, gym, grills, and common spaces as the buildings are connected.
Neighborhood: The building is in the heart of Navy Yard. Just blocks away from the Nats Park, and dozens of bars/restaurants.
