Hi, I'm moving to Broomfield next weekend, Oct. 24th and am looking for someone to take over the apartment at Miners Mesa, 1010 9th Street, in downtown Golden. This will be a new lease with the leasing office, not a sublease. We are looking for someone to move in on November 1st. The price for the apartment will be around $1400 with all utilities included except electricity.
