We are a non-profit life plan community, or continuing care retirement community located, on 28 beautiful and well-maintained acres in southeast Urbana. This luxurious villa has beautiful dark hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and neutral carpeting in both bedrooms. Kitchen features white shaker cabinets, black pearl granite countertops with ceramic mosaic glass tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Wooden blinds included throughout the villa, even in the four season room. Study features divided lite glass French doors. Laundry has white shaker cabinets and a countertop above washer and dryer. 24/7 maintenance is included on all appliances and structure of the villa. Grounds maintenance included as well as complimentary chauffeur service Monday through Friday. $200 monthly credit can be spent on any service provided on campus including in our dining room, at our salon, and grocery store. Residents also have full access to our new indoor pool, fitness center, massage & meditation room, library, workshop and all of our special events and programs. The only thing you are responsible for paying for is a landline telephone and cable tv.
