Built in 1895 as a single family seasonal cottage: complete with owners quarters and horse stable. Underwent some renovations during the WWI era being converted into a 12 bedroom rooming house with an addition added to the rear of the house an a cast iron sink being added to each bedroom. With another round of renovations during the WWII era she was converted to a four-unit apartment house. She has now come full circle, being converted back into her originally intended use as a single family seasonal cottage.
