One of my very favorite floor plans in fun filled Cypress Landing. One of the friendliest communities in Beaufort County. The neighborhood offers a marina that overlooks Chocowinity Bay, a Bay Club, 18 hole golf course, the Club House with Cypress Landing Grill, tennis and pickleball courts, swimming pools, fitness center and a playground. This brick home is located on a very private lot in a culdesac. Roomy, spacious, and open describes this floor plan. It works well for retirees or for a family with children. This four bedroom ,with three full bathrooms home allows for plenty of room for entertaining, yet laid out as to allow pockets of privacy. There are only two rooms not on the main level.
