Lease requirement is set at 6 month lease and then will continue on a month to month basis after the 6 months. I will do 12 month leases. Pest services are your responsibility . The apartments are pest free and it is your responsibility to keep it that way. NO smoking allowed in the apartments. You can smoke outside away from neighbors and their personal space. This is a bottom unit. No stairs inside the unit. Everything is all one level. This is a quadraplex unit, meaning there is another apartment upstairs directly over your bottom unit.
