This apt. is three blocks from the town center of Palmyra, close to the Riverline Train, casual eateries and recreational destinations, including the Palmyra Nature Cove and a Delaware River walking route. Palmyra Townships park system is two blocks away and has tennis and ball courts for your use. This is an owner occupied property. I am looking for one or two mature adults who want to live in a quiet safe neighborhood. No smoking is permitted on the premises as I am highly allergic to smoke. Pets may be considered. I pay for the heat and water up to $50 a month. The tenant pays for any cost over that. ( an average water bill for two is $40 a month). Tenants pay for electric and gas. All the appliances are Energy Star rated to help keep those expenses as low as possible. Also available for your use are three window airconditioners, I am not responsible for their maintenance.
