Home comes furnished and owner's property is to be protected by locking doors at all times. No redecorating without prior agreement and no holes in wall without prior written permission. Some owner belongings will remain in private storage on site. Neighbor is property manager and available in case of problems with the house. Owner reserves the right to check-in on the house with advance notice or ask neighbor to do so. Renting does not imply any form of ownership of the 101 Marie Road, Four Seasons property. Move-in date will be 7/15/25 and move out date will be 7/15/26. Renter has agreed to pay rent for the month prior to the move-in date to allow time for the owner to secure a property to occupy. Renter will owe the owner $4,500 twice for a total of $9,000 for the month of June - the rent for June and also a deposit which is only refundable if there is no property damage or late payments. Furniture will not be moved to storage without prior agreement. Items agreed to be moved are as follows: The furniture moved will be placed back to its original position in the home prior to the renter moving out and receiving the deposit back. Residents must obey the Village of Four Seasons rules no loud noises after 10pm, prompt trash removal, dogs on leashes, no fireworks, no walking or driving on the street located on the left of the house while facing the front of the house. No entering of secured, locked areas in the home which will be monitored via videocam. Renter is responsible for the entire 12 months of rental payments or if they default they will get one week to remedy the missed payment and then we will contact Aaron Ellsworth, Attorney to rectify the situation or take the issue to court.
