Both units have access to the fully fenced backyard that features a large inground pool. There is an attached 1-car garage that houses the beach equipment and a washer and dryer. All utilities are included plus internet! Each unit can be rented separately but will have shared access to the pool and garage. The 2BD unit is priced at $2,400/mo and the 1BD unit is priced at $2,200/mo. Taxes and fees will apply. First month's rent and security are required to move in. Must pass background and credit check to be considered. Taxes and clean fee is not included in the asking price. Utilities, lawn care and pool maintenance are included. Pet fee is determined on a per case basis. Absolutely no smoking in house, there is a wired cigarette/recreational smoking device that alerts the homeowner when smoke is detected.
