There are only five people living in this house a retired couple of former Yale employees, a mother and her teenage daughter, and your future roommate. The roommate is an international, mature, and friendly woman with an academic background, for whom the most important quality of roommate is being quiet, considerate, social, communicative, mature, responsible and clean. No pets, no smoking, no parties, no overnight guests. Utilities are not included in the rent.
