I am looking for someone to fill my space in a 1bd 1ba basement of a town house near union market and H street. We are looking for someome to sign onto a new one year lease starting June 1st but I can be flexible about an earlier move in date. The space is a bit of a unique layout. It is the private basement of a town house with its own private full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer and bedroom for exclusive use of the downstairs resident. It has a front and back private entrance and tons of storage under the stairs. It is close to many public transportation options NoMa metro station, H Street car and 90, 92, X2, X8, D4, D8 buses as well as several city bike stations. It is walkable to giant, Whole Foods, and a new Aldi, as well a many bars and restaurants on H street and in Union Market. There is also plenty of street parking on our block if you have a car. Female tenants prefered as the other tenants in the house are women but open to all genders. Cats allowed sorry no dogs Rent is $1870 a month plus utilities which are split among the 3 tenants.
