    What's special

    We are looking to find someone to fill the reminder of our 7 month lease (through August 2014) on the 3 bedroom home we've been renting. We're moving because I purchased a home and will be moving out mid-January (we expect to be out before the 17th, hopefully earlier). The home is a cute ranch with 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious, fully-fenced back yard. There is harwood/laminate throughout and air-conditioning. It has a single car garage and a fairly long driveway (could probably fit two smaller cars on it). Pets are allowed (with $300 added deposit and $50 a month). The neighborhood is pretty quiet and its easy access to King Soopers, Albertsons, Starbucks, Chase and the Loveland Recreation Trails. This isn't technically a sub-lease. It is a lease "assignment," meaning that we won't be involved once you've signed the lease for the remaining 7 months. The management company responsible for the property is Sisu Brothers who are based out of Fort Collins. They are easy to deal with, prompt with repairs (had our broken water heater replaced within 3 hours of calling) and have an easy online bill pay option. You'll have to fill out an application with them (they're pretty lenient on credit, as I had none when we began leasing) and put a deposit down.
