Where applicable, the landlord may pay water/sewer/trash related fees on behalf of the tenant. The tenant will be notified that the amount paid will be due from the tenant on the next 1st day of the month, and any rent paid will be used first to reimburse the landlord for those utilities paid for on behalf of the tenant. If there is a shortage in the rent + utility reimbursement due on the 1st of the month, it will be deemed as partial or late payment of rent, and applicable late fees and penalties will apply.
