Water is included in the rent, with internet and electricity being separate (adding to roughly 150 a month). I'm planning on taking the furniture but I'm more than happy to leave the portable AC unit and possibly the TVs! Water is included in rent, but internet and electricity are covered separately by the tenant, coming out to roughly $150 monthly. Renters insurance is included in the 1137, and can be replaced with any coverage of the tenants choice
