We're spending 7 months in France and would love for you to enjoy our home! Completely restored 1950's ranch style house. The house is fully furnished, and is full of light with lots of windows. There are hardwood floors and terra cotta tile flooring throughout. You will enjoy the beautiful fairytale garden, stone patio, and screened-in sunroom. Also included is our 150-square-foot detached office/meditation studio, which is completely permitted. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. However, we are only renting the house as 2 bedrooms, as we will use the third small bedroom to store our personal belongings for the duration of the rental. In our neighborhood, you will find lots of people out and about all day. We are located in a historic neighborhood within easy walking distance of all major Urban amenities. The Village District is 2 blocks to the west, a boutique shopping center with dining, shopping, and grocery stores. Downtown Raleigh is just 1 mile away. A beautiful city park with walking paths, tennis and basketball courts is just a few blocks away. North Carolina State University and Glenwood South (with lots of restaurants and bars) are also easy walking distance. Uber rides to downtown are typically $6 fare. All utilities are included with the rent, including Internet, wifi, and basic tv, gas, electric, water, and sewer. The property manager lives next door, and will take care of basic lawn maintenance. We are looking for a tenant who will both enjoy and care for our home. The house will be available as early as December 17th, 2024, until July 31, 2025. Owner is responsible for utilities, as well as basic lawn maintenance (mowing). The property manager lives next door, and will be entering the house once a month to change filters, etc. FIrst month's rent and deposit are due upon signing. No smoking is allowed, and no pets are allowed.
