We lived in this house for four years, and absolutely LOVED it. My daughters walked out out back gate and across the fields to school, the views every morning from the kitchen were incredible, and sunsets on the back deck are magical. We pay the HOA fees giving you access to world class recreation center a few blocks from the house (exercise equipment, weights, pool, batting cages, etc.) You pay all utilities.
