We'll even pay that quarterly HOA fee for you, all you need to do is put on your tennis shoes and go enjoy the ammenities (in fact, you can enjoy any of four HRCA Recreation Centers offering pools, batting cages, climbing walls, tennis courts, workout areas, and more.) We lived in this house for four years, and absolutely LOVED it. My daughters walked out out back gate and across the fields to school, the views every morning from the kitchen were incredible, and sunsets on the back deck are magical.
