We currently have one apartment available in early January. All of our apartments are single story, 2 bedroom/2 bath, 1050 square feet. Smoking is not permitted. Recent renovations include paint, carpet, appliances, air conditioning unit, window blinds, and updated bathrooms. A stove and dishwasher are provided. Satellite dishes are not permitted. Monthly rent is $900 and the security deposit is $1,000. Total due before move in is $1,900. This amount is higher if there are any pets (small dogs/cats only.) There are no application or credit check fees. We are located close to downtown Redlands and the University of Redlands, with easy freeway access. We are not part of the Section 8 program. Landlord pays for water, trash and sewer.
