This historic farm house is located on Urquhart's Christmas Tree Farm less than 4 miles from the Baker Road Exit of I-94. We kept all of the farm house charm and added lots of modern amenities, including a large master suite with en-suite bathroom. Witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets and enjoy the best of country living without giving up the conveniences of city life. An ideal fit for us is someone willing lease through the spring or summer of 2027 - but we will consider a lease ending in the spring or summer of 2026. The property has high speed wired internet available through Midwest Energy Communication. Only utilities are electric and propane. Propane can be pricy in the winter but with no water and sewer bill it kind of evens out. All pets are case by case, we want to meet them and get to know them before we say yes.
