Oversize garage measuring 19 x 30' so it will fit two cars and a lot of storage. The washer and dryer are in the garage. There is a 3rd parking spot outside reserved for each unit so 3 total spaces to park your cars where parking can be a little crowded.
The current tenants are in the process of moving out and some cosmetic work will have to be done inside. I expect, it'll be ready in late July or by August 1st. I will post better pictures of the interior when they move more of their stuff out.
My last tenants stayed 8 years as I try to be fair and take care of problems as soon as possible. It's a great property with 2 balconies and easy to walk to nearby restaurants and a quick 3 block walk to the surf park and beach. I prefer text messages to calls to start. I can arrange tours based on the tenant's availability. If you've wanted to live in a great place, near the beach, this might be the one for you.
Owner pays for water, common lighting, pest control, and landscaping. Renter is responsible for gas and electric, their phone and internet.
Trash pickup is currently paid by the city but that may change soon. It's undetermined if our 4 unit complex would be exempt. Trash would be paid by the renter if it is eventually needed. No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis.
