This is a clean and well taken care of apartment, I tend to be neurotic about cleanliness! I am trying to move into a friend's house in Urbana ASAP (see paragraph below for details) and the original tenant (I sublet this apartment in August 2014) needs to sign this new contract and she will be out of the country starting in April so this apartment needs to be sublet soon!! This really is a great apartment, I have loved living here! The only reason I have to sublet is because I'm getting married soon and will be moving out of state and would rather move out of this apartment now as opposed to the day of my wedding :) My fiance will soon be living in our future apartment so I'd like to send living essentials out to him sooner rather than later. Here are the details: - 1 spacious bedroom w/ large closet - 2 large storage closets in apartment (excluding the bedroom closet) - Furnished (desk, desk chair, lounge chair, coffee table, and super duper comfortable couch, kitchen table & 2 chairs, 2 end tables). The University group will provide a mattress and a bed frame for you. In the photos I've posted, there are bunk beds in the bedroom - but those are mine and will be coming with me. - Well functioning plumbing, stove, oven, air conditioner, heat, etc. I've never had any problems with them. - The apartment is on the lower level of the building so it's always calm and quiet, which is really nice. There are only three other apartments on the same level. Plus - there is hardly any outside noises (buses, traffic, people, etc.) because of its location. - New flooring and carpeting was just put down in July of 2014 - Although the apartment is on the lower level, there is still plenty of sunshine to be received!! I was really worried about this when I moved in but it has never been a problem, otherwise I would have been out! - Great location on campus! - The laundry room is just next door to this apartment, so it isn't a long haul. I have never had any problems with noise from the laundry room or anything. - Sublet ends on August 1, 2015 I would be happy to give tours upon request! Please let me know if you have any questions! Tenant responsible for paying gas and electric. Rent is due on the first of every month. Lease ends August 1, 2015.
