The location is about the best it gets in the area with downtown in sight, the Boise river in your backyard, Ann Morrison park right beside you, and the Boise greenbelt visible from your window. Pets are allowed upon approval of the apartment complex with an additional charge. The three other residents of the remaining rooms are all female, current students at BSU, and are all very kind and mostly keep to themselves. Tenant pays utilities - there is a set amount that is covered by the property management, so usually fee is only $1-3 if any.
