    What's special

    The property provides beautiful scenic rolling hills while being so close to everything Chapel Hill and Carrborro has to offer. The place is a separate apartment unit off the side of the garage in the outskirts of Chapel Hill. We are located right next to Womble Farm on Smith Level Road. Carrborro High School, Downtown, and UNC are all just 10-15 minutes away. The building is relatively new, but there is no washer/dryer and pets are welcomed with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee. There's plenty of parking right on the property and we are just minutes away from the university. Renters are to pay for their own electricity, phone, and Internet. All utilities are the responsibility of the renter, however, water is paid by the owner. The property has its own septic tank, so renters need to be careful as to what goes down the drain. Any excess damage to the septic tank (outside of maintenance) will be at the expense of the renter. Damages to the apartment will be taken from the deposit. A cleaning fee is charged after inspection unless otherwise negotiated. Pets are accepted with a pet deposit, but all damages will be accessed afterwards.
