Two bedroom apartment with stove/refrigerator/dishwasher, electric heat, central AC, carpet, water is included with rent, and coin operated laundry onsite. You may come by our office between 8:30 am and 5 pm to checkout a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return the keys, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 pm and be returned by 5 pm. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime, non-refundable pet fee. Dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
