We have a spacious balcony that faces the flatirons and new appliances including marble countertops. There is a new washer and drier in our apartment you can use anytime. Rent is $750/month but is negotiable. Trash and water utilities are included, and electric and internet/cable are divided among the roommates, so it's not that much. I can also keep the apartment furnished if you would prefer, with a large dresser and queen size bed or move everything out.There is also another bedroom in this unit being subleased, so if you want to live with a friend it would work.
