The apartment units has been recently remodeled. It is equipped with a Stainless Steel Refrigerators, Smooth Top Stoves, Dishwashers, New Soft Close Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Countertops, and small outdoor patio along with Washer/Dryer hook ups. There are NO Upstairs Neighbors No Downstairs Neighbors - No Stairs. This is a ONE year Rental Agreement. The application fee is $50 per resident 18 years and older. If approved due at signing is, On Time Rent of $1275.00 + the performance fee of $1275.00 ($295 is doc prep fee). If you have pets there is a $300 pet fee along with an additional $15 per month per rent. You must register at generous.petscreening.com whether or not you have a pet.
