Application are $50 per adult over the age of 18, plus $32 each for third party background screening. Screening Criteria: Total income of all applicants / cosigners must be at least 3 times the rent and must be verifiable. Rental history for at least 12 months which is verifiable in good standing, and no history of eviction. Credit score of at least 700; lower scores may be considered with increased security deposit. Cosigners may be necessary for lack of income, rental history, and/or credit history/score. Criminal history will be considered based on the nature of the offense, how long ago the crime occurred, and evidence of rehabilitation.
