You follow the shared driveway to the back of the property to access private parking in the pasture (not paved) that's located directly next to the guest home. The property is gated, accessed by remote or code. The area is extremely safe. Inside is furnished with a queen bed, couch and two sitting chairs. A small kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and convectional/toaster oven. There is no dishwasher, stove or washer/dryer. We do provide a hot plate, waffle maker and crockpot. The unit has wifi, streaming services, A/C and hot water. A full size tub and shower is in the bathroom. Monthly rent includes all utilities. Host requests that guests conserve energy when not in the unit.
