Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet, as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will need to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $375 per month, on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request for $10 per night. Located just minutes from downtown and the Back Bay, the South End is one of Boston's most popular neighborhoods. It attracts a diverse blend of young professionals, families, and a vibrant LGBTQ+ community. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Self check-in and check-out are available, and a welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival. There is a $150 lost key fee. If your stay extends beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation.
