We're locals who live in AG and this is our only rental property. We work hard to keep this property updated, clean, and maintained. We quickly respond to fix all issues and are happy to assist our renters as needed. In return, we're looking for a lovely family to take care of this home and enjoy it for all it has to offer. We listed this house early, but now our previous renters have moved out and renovations have been completed (new carpet throughout, new light fixtures, deck re-stained). All that's left is brand new front yard landscaping, to be installed early November (so if you drive-by, please know that we let the lawn die on purpose). We recently lowered the price because this rental is not about making profit for us, but rather finding someone to care for this home.
