This unit is sized just right for one person. We do not allow pets, not even if they are visiting. The unit is in a state approved park with only six units. We pay for the trash and water/sewage. Your only utility expense is for electricity. It is electric heat and was build with insulation accordingly. The walls are freshly painted. The living room and bedroom are laminate flooring. The stove and refrigerator are black. Both are spotless. No smoking is allowed. We handle all applications, deposits, first months rent in person. We do not have any one representing us.
