Rancher sitting on a little over 6 acres. We took advantage of 18 RD trails and set up a 'very popular' Airbnb with return guests that more than covers the monthly bills. It is a sprawling home layout with endless possibility. While living here the last 7 years the walls and rooms have been loved on with custom finishes. Personally, I fell in love with the vaulted ceilings on both ends of the home. The morning light kisses the rooms softly and delightful sunsets create beautiful hues across areas. I currently use this room as an Airbnb rental, and it would take very little to create a studio apt. The kitchen and dining area upholds the Scandinavian influence. This place is set up for entertainment and guests with an outdoor bar area, outdoor kitchen area, saloon in back, HUGE firepit area and of course everyone's favorite....the outdoor shower. The privacy fence down one side, massive amounts of trees for shade and corner lot collectively assist with creating an oasis feel. Impressive shade and the temperature drop in that shade is obvious and glorious when the summer heat turns up. Garage has had French doors installed to utilize as shop or apt. Historic Brick building is incredible and huge. I hope someone sees the value and creates magic with that old brick building. A 'she shed' with electric and air conditioning is ready for a new purpose. The animals all congregate in a 3-stall covered area within the fenced field. Fabulous sunsets and 'alpenglow' on the book cliffs are seductive most every night. the stars are easily seen with the lack of light pollution in this country bubble. There are mulberry trees exploding with fruit, raised gardens and plenty of land to grow whatever you want. Opportunity to grow all your own food to create a healthy and empowered life choice. Water shares come with this property as well. Excited for someone to come love this place as much as we did.....it is just time for our next adventure.
