Great location also 15 mins from USC, 5 mins from shopping centers (Target, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Gamestop, Walmart, Sonic, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc..), ALSO only 5 mins away from I-77. The rent is $975 for students/military, if neither, the rent goes up $995. There are currently 3 of us living in the apartment right now, this sub-lease could be available for either one, two, or three people(or even 4 if a couple wanted to share a room) and divide the rent accordingly. We are going our separate ways due to a baby being due in February. All the rooms come with spacious closets and the master bedroom has a bathroom attached, while the other two rooms share a bathroom in the hall that is NOT connected to the rooms.
