The bathroom is newly renovated and includes two sinks and has a handheld & rainfall shower head. About the house: This is a beautiful traditional DC row house next to a free recreational center. You'll have access to a gym, track, soccer field, tennis & basketball court. The house has a spacious kitchen & living room. This is a pet-free house. We are a 5-minute walk from Safeway and a 15-minute walk from Lidl/Target/Marshalls. No smoking, or pets. Lease for 1 year. Utilities average $100-$200 a month depending on spending.
