I rent a unit at Post Gardens. My roommate moved to california and I am getting married and moving. Just looking to see if someone wants to take over the remainder of my lease. It is a really good price. There is just a $350 fee I believe to transfer the lease to your name. You can continue with the lease after it is up (End of November). It is a large 2 bed/2 bath unit. I am throwing in a nice washer to whomever rents it. Can come with couches and beds if needed for free as well. Has parking Garage and all amenities. I rent a unit at Post Gardens.
