keep in mind with the pictures are not flattering because I am packing and have stuff everywhere. I will post better pics later. the property consist of 3 large lots, a large 2 car garage that sits on its own lot, has it's own electricity, sewer and water to it. There is a garage that is next to the house that has been converted to a 1 bedroom/1 bath/livingroom apt that our daughter stayed in. the front space is used for a storage room separate from the apt. property has large trees and a wonderful backyard with a tree fort and playground. The home has 3 bed rooms upstairs, 1 bedroom 2 bathroom downstairs it is being lived in but is a fixer upper but will not take alot of work to make it nice. Unfinished basement has washer dryer hook ups. The home is located one block from the jr high/high school. The roof is 7 yrs old and the downstairs central heat/Air is approx 6 yrs the upstairs has its own not sure of the age. both work well. The 16x32' pool has been damaged by the wind but can be put back up, I have a brand new liner never used.
