This property was designed with care, comfort, and convenience in mind so you can truly relax at the end of each day. Comfortable couches, oversized throw blankets, and a dining table for six create a welcoming atmosphere for meals, work, or game night. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, large mugs, wine rack, assorted glassware, new pots and pans, ample storage, and a powered island table that doubles as extra counter space or a workstation. A five gallon water cooler provides both hot and cold water. The mudroom and laundry room include a full size washer and dryer, shoe cabinet, and storage for water bottles. The hall bath is stocked with fresh towels and starter supplies for your convenience. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a new mattress, two full size entry doors for accessibility, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination, double sinks, and two closets. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the flex room includes a large desk, chair, and side table and can be converted into a bedroom, nursery, or workout space. The garage includes a small fitness area with a bench press, yoga mats, and assorted weights. Outside, the fenced backyard offers a concrete patio with furniture and a tetherball setup. Lawn service is provided every two weeks, and while watering the plants is appreciated, it is not required. A robot vacuum and mop can be scheduled to clean automatically. The home can be made mostly wheelchair accessible with double bedroom doors on the master bedroom with ramps available upon request. The bathroom doors are the standard non ADA width doors. A hospital bed may also be provided for medical or rehabilitation stays. A wheelchair accessible van could also be available to rent if needed. If there is anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, accommodations can often be arranged with notice. Lease Type: Month-to-Month (Flexible move-out with 30-day written notice) Security Deposit: $1000 (Refundable, minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear) Utilities: Electricity, Water, Trash, Internet are the responsibility of the tenant. Untilites may be provided by landlord upon request for an additional fee. Furnished: Yes Turn-key, fully furnished home with kitchenware, appliances, bedding, and household essentials Pets: Allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval Pet Fee: $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking allowed outside only. Parking: Driveway and street parking available Maintenance & Repairs: Tenant agrees to notify landlord promptly of any maintenance issues. Landlord is responsible for major repairs and structural issues. Tenant responsible for keeping home clean and reporting issues early. Payment Method: Rent due on the 1st of each month via Zelle, bank transfer, or other agreed payment method. Late Fees: A late fee of $50 will be charged if rent is not received by the 3rd day of the month. Guest Policy: Guests allowed for up to 7 days. Stays longer than 7 days require written approval. Move-Out: Tenant must provide a 30-day written notice prior to move-out. Condition at Move-Out: Tenant agrees to return the premises in clean condition, similar to move-in condition, minus normal wear and tear.
