I am looking to sublease a one bedroom with attached bathroom. The room is in the apartment complex University Terrace North. The room has its own bathroom and a walk in closet. The rent is $385 a month, this includes the electricity, water, cable, and internet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room has beautiful wood floors, the kitchen and laundry room have tile floors, and the room has carpet. As courtesy, the carpet will be steam cleaned before the new sublet moves in. I would prefer the sublet is female, because the other three rooms are occupied by females as well.
