Price: $950.00 per month - Fee Includes Electricity, Heat, Water, Hot Water, Trash, Cable Ready, Internet/WiFi, Parking,Pool(s), Tennis Courts, Gym Club, Security. In order to secure the place, deposit of of $950 and first month rent is required (total $1900) before move in date. Any damages during your stay will get deducted out of the deposit. The remaining balance deposit will be return to you after you move out. A request for background and credit screening will be required. Condo fees for moving in/out: The costs of reserving the freight elevator is $200 per day used regardless of the amount of time needed. Moves may be made between the hours of 8:30 am and 6 pm on weekdays only. A deposit of $750 (separate check) is also required for each move in/ move out to cover the costs of any damages or cleanup if areas are left in an unsatisfactory condition. Movers are responsible for covering the common hall carpet leading up to unit door. If there is no damage the deposit will be returned to you at the end of the move.
