This house is perfectly located on the open water. The double deck dock includes a power boat lift and power jet ski lift. The water is 10 ft deep off the front of the dock. This house has 2 bedrooms down stairs and 1 bedroom upstairs with a bonus room and "cove" area. We currently have 6 beds set up. This place is great for larger family gatherings. High ceilings and hardwood floors really open the house up. It has a large screened in porch which gives a great view while drinking morning coffee. Has a great patio for grilling and a paved walk way to the dock. All appliances are included in the price.
