COURT RECORDS: We will perform an individualized assessment and will look for any history that may negatively affect tenancy, such as charges brought against you for drugs, sex offense, theft, robbery, assault, warrants, fraud, evictions, etc. You will also be evaluated on your rental history. WE REQUIRE VERY GOOD RENTAL HISTORY FOR LAST 12 MONTHS and beyond. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVE ADEQUATE INCOME TO PAY RENT-EARNINGS NEED TO BE 3 OR MORE TIMES RENTAL AMOUNT WITHOUT EXCESSIVE DEBT. Screening will also be reviewed for false information, omission, or lack of information. RENTERS INSURANCE WILL BE REQUIRED: $100,000 policy.
